How to walk from Tsing Yi to Tsuen Wan West (Hong Kong)

When the weather is nice, why not take a walk? A nice, easy urban walk (30-40 min) is to walk from Tsing Yi MTR station to Tsuen Wan West over the Tsing Tsuen Bridge. With the locations being so convenient for transportation, you can take public transportation if you decide not to walk back.

For this walk, start at the Tsing Yi MTR station and exit A1 towards Maritime Square 2.

Go into Maritime Square 2 and make a left towards “Cheung On Est.” after entering.

Look for this sign and make a left

Exit through the doors onto the footbridge and go straight.

Exit Maritime Square 2 and go straight on the footbridge

Follow sign towards Cheung On Estate and walk to the end of the bridge.

At the end of the bridge, go down the stairs or the ramp.

At the bottom of the stairs, make a left to walk along the park/tennis courts.

Make a left to go to the path along the park

Follow the path until the end. Then go left through the outdoor gym to find the stairs to the Tsing Tsuen Bridge.  Go up the stairs, and you will reach the pedestrian section of the bridge. Enjoy the view!
